Here are a few things we recommend to keep you looking dapper and prepare you for the cool nights ahead. Check out your closet gentlemen, if you’re missing any of the items below then it’s time to go shopping.

Patterned Worsted Wool Sports Jacket

By now you probably have all the basic solids so it’s time to make a statement with a patterned jacket. Opt for a pattern that is easily paired with a variety of trousers and denims. A blue plaid or grey window pane with neutral undertones is a great choice.

BB Pick:

Guabello super 120’s worsted wool sports jacket. The perfect weight wool to keep you warm without breaking into a sweat. These will hold up to your everyday wear and tear very nicely.

Grey Flannel Trouser

These should be a staple in your Fall wardrobe. They are versatile, stylish, and pair well with your darker colored blazers. As always, fit is very important so go for a classic tailored fit that skims your body without being too tight. Keep in mind, flannel will stretch and loosen over time.

BB Pick:

Vitale Barberis Canonico medium grey flannel. These have a great hand and will keep you warm and cozy without looking like a slob.

V Neck Cashmere Sweater

Sweaters are a great layering essential for fall. You can pair them easily with denim or layer them under a blazer. They provide an extra layer of warmth without adding bulk.

BB Pick:

Barakat Bespoke custom cashmere v neck sweater. Available in 15 colors and customized to your body.

Dark Selvage Denim

A dark denim can do wonders for your look and wears well on everyone regardless of your size. It camouflages any body imperfections and goes well in almost any setting. You should have this in your wardrobe, period.

BB Pick:

Raleigh Denim Indigo Selvage Jones Fit. Hand crafted in the USA from raw Cone Mills selvedge denim.

Classic Boot

It’s hard to be well dressed in bad shoes. Keep your look clean and streamlined while keeping those tootsies warm in a classic leather boot. While it’s great to have both black and brown on hand, if you must choose only one, go for the brown. It looks great with casual pants as well as trousers. Leather boots are easy to wipe clean and with proper care will last you for many seasons to come.

BB Pick:

Helm Boots Muller Blucher. Full grain leather top and leather sole ensure this boot will last you a lifetime.
